Problem

Burger King were looking for a bold idea to create excitement around the launch of delivery within their app. They love embracing the weird and wonderful, and the raw and unscripted, and they wanted an idea that would leave customers with the long lasting impression that Burger King is better than you think.

Insight

"Unique, fleeting and personal experiences are the millennials ultimate, bespoke status symbol... the ability to upload and share further enhances the value experiences" (Bauer Knowledge).  How can we make food delivery a unique and personal experience...

idea

This campaign uses geotargetting, picking customers at random, who will have their food delivered in bizarre and exciting ways. The campaign has endless variations, offers customers to chance to have an engaging delivery experience and gives them a wealth of content to share with their friends.

'Behind the Scenes' footage will be made for each delivery, following the team from Burger King HQ to the delivery location and detailing the exploits along the way.
